Ray passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, February 19, 2008. Ray was born at Coronado Hospital on June 1, 1957, where he resided until the age of four, when his family relocated to the Hilltop area of Chula Vista. He attended Hilltop High School and resided in Chula Vista all of his life. He is survived by his wife Janet Gray of Chula Vista, CA; mother Margaret Gray of Anaheim, CA; brother Robert and sister-in-law Laurie Gray of Signal Hill, CA; sister Peggy and brother-in-law Rick Sullivan of Walnut Grove, CA. He is also survived by father-in-law Bert McKinney of Wirtz, VA; sister-in -law Rema Martin of Wirtz, VA; sister and brother-in-law Brenda and Bruce Fink of Chula Vista, CA; nieces Andrea, Kristina, Autumn and Sylvia Fink and Megan Martinez of Chula Vista, and nephews Timothy and Barry Fink. Predeceased by father William Gray and brothers William, Jr. and Richard, mother-in-law Elvia McKinney, and brother-in-law Wilbert Martin.
